Our Founder
After a successful career in technology sales and sales management, Jim McGillis became an executive recruiter in 1995. After seven years with one of the top recruiting agencies in the country, Jim stepped out to found MedITSearch.com, with its business dedicated to executive recruiting in the medical technology sector. Combining his recruiting and writing skills, Jim recently expanded his interests into social, historical and ethnographical arenas. He now writes regular articles at JamesMcGillis.com. His newest ventures include an online novel, written in real-time, live at JimMcGillis.com. His web portal at MoabLive.com now features seven live streaming webcams in Moab and the Spanish Valley. Jim has authored several e-Books, including WindSong, a personal history and The Self-Directed Job Search, which spells out all of the secrets of the executive recruiting industry. What Jim McGillis will do next remains to be seen, but you can bet it will include some combination of travel, writing, photography and website development.
